LAUREN PENZKOVERHi, I'm Lauren, and I'm getting married in July. I LOVE cats (my cat's name is Alice) and am a huge gamer girl.I've been a hairstylist for over 3 years, and my favorite thing is experimenting with color!

JESSIE HINTZJessie began her college education as a nurse but realized her true passion was in the beauty industry. After meeting with Monarch's owner Arika, she soon began her internship.She loves to be creative with her clients and truly enjoys the process from start to finish.Outside work, you'll find her enjoying time with friends and family, baking, and hanging with her high school sweetheart Luke. They share two cats (Benny & Mu) plus a dog named Iris.

JADA WHITEHey!! I'm Jada, and I was born and raised in Madison, am a huge foodie and love to cook and try new foods. I have 3 cats, and 1 of them has 3 legs.

KJERSTEN STARRKjersten is, first and foremost, a mother. Her priority in life will always be family, but she loves her work.In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, she is also a registered yoga teacher and plant-based raw food chef who has spent several years also working as a Montessori School teacher. She is passionate about health and wellness for everyone but has a special place in her heart for children and mothers, and those who struggle with chronic pain.Kjersten specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, gua sha, and cupping. Craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, hot stones, and energy work. She customizes each session to meet the individual needs of that client on that particular day. As we all know, every day, our needs might be just a little different.Kjersten loves being outdoors and moving. She loves to travel and experience life. She loves meeting new people; she loves her pets (and probably yours, too!). She hopes to spread kindness and joy everywhere she goes.

LAKAECIA ZAMJAHNI want my clients to feel comfortable in their skin.I enjoy working in skincare because everyone's skin is a mystery. You have to investigate to see what your skin is trying to say.Outside the salon, I'm married, have one son, and love animals. (I have 2 cats and one horse)
